Billy is a New York based musician who, back in the 1970s, charted 3 top 10 dance singles on the billboard charts with his pop-rock band Mantus.
Since then, he has played on numerous recordings for demo and album projects, TV and radio commercials for companies like McDonalds & Wendys.
And, in his spare time, he is an Associate Editor for Modern Drummer Magazine and the inventor of specialty drumstick called Slappers.
